Post Paid Plan 2
Intial Payment - NIL
Commission - 2% of the Total Consideration amount or 30 days Rent or 2% of collaboration amount
Offer - View upto 20 properties options of your choice and sign an agreement of commission
PrePaid Plan 1
Initial Payment – Pay as you need Discount (20% advance payment will get you 20% discount in Commission Rate upto a maximum of 50%)
Commission – As per discount offered on 1% of total deal value or 30 days Rent
Offer – View any Number of properties and get your meetings fixed by our Deal Manager.
Pre Paid Plan 2
Initial Payment – Rs 200/- per Contact info
Commission – Zero% ( nil )
Offer – Get Info of Upto 20 Residential Properties of Price less than 30Lacs, without any liability of possible outcomes and service is restricted to providing contact info.
If you do not opt for any plan, you are automatically considered for the "Post paid Plan 2 ", as mentioned above.

Format Of Customer Agreement
This agreement is made on ___________ in between M/s www.P2pfair.com having its office at 45/A, Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, Delhi-92, India (hereafter called as p2pfair ) And
________________________R/o________________________________________ (hereafter called as Customer) for providing services of Sale, purchase, Rent, to it’s Customer through it’s knowledge, database, contacts, information, dealer network.
The Terms & Conditions of the agreement are mentioned below -
1. p2pfair will show possible deals meeting the requirement & the budget to the Customer.
2. p2pfair will help in negotiating, analyzing & legal verification of the deal.
3. p2pfair will provide true picture of the deal and will not modify, manipulate things in any form.
4. p2pfair having a large network of dealers who acts as business partners, will facilitate Customer to visit properties and get himself satisfied with all aspects of the deal.
5. The Customer should make payment of commission to p2pfair for it’s services as mentioned below - ( Post Paid Plan 2)
Sale/Purchase - 2% of the total consideration amount
Rent in/ Rent Out - 30days of rent per month or 2% of lease amount
Collaboration - 2% of the value of project
6. Service Tax and any other taxes are payable separately on the payment as decided by government from time to time.
Disclaimer-
7. P2pfair is not responsible for the afteraffects or subsequent effects arising due to any deal and is only liable to the refund of the payments, if any received from Customer. P2pfair shall not be held responsible for any further compensation or liability, whatsoever it be.
8. In any circumstances, If Customer do not abide by the above regulations and try to get the deal directly or indirectly through other sources also, still Customer will be liable to make the commission payment to p2pfair and failing to do so, would attract a legal claim of the commission & compensation by p2pfair.
9. Any discrepancy or legal action, shall be entertained in the court of delhi only.
I/we hereby, agree to the above mentioned statements and further state that I wish to avail the services of P2pfair. Here is the list of possible deals discussed & visited with Customer.
